1.To command market information and trend, analyze the competition situation, develop and execute the appropriate by-account selling strategies to adapts to the market competition;
掌握市场动向和发展趋势，分析竞争态势，制定和执行销售策略，以适应市场竞争需要
2.To build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents and buying offices of key customers;
建立并维护和重要目标客户工厂、供货商、代理和采购中心的良好关系；
3.To explore new customers from the open market by providing competitive solutions to grow the business and market share and ensure the achievement of sales budget of each month;
通过给客户提供有竞争优势的方案来推动销售额和市场份额的增长并确保达成每月销售业绩目标
4.To lead a sales team to exercise sales activities towards all target customers;
带领销售团队开展针对目标客户的销售活动；
5.To manage, motivate and coach the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
1.College diploma or above, at least 5 years of sales experience in direct selling and relationship building and 3+ years of previous exposure in packaging industry is a plus
大专及以上学历，5年以上直接销售工作经验，具备3年以上包装行业销售经验者优先
2.Keen insight of commercial and good at exploring the market opportunities
具有敏锐的商业触角并善于发掘市场机会
3.Strong competence of communication, coordination, commercial negotiation and leadership

4.Strong logical thinking ability and data analytical skills

5.Be able to travel as necessary
