Duty and Responsibility:


1. Order execution in ERP system
在ERP系统中进行订单操作及追踪
2. Maintain good relationship with customers and assist Sales Manager to develop new customers
维护与客户的良好关系并且协助销售经理开发新客户
3. Complete the relevant sales reports
完成相关销售报表
4. To handle customer complaints, such as: quantity shortage and quality issues, visit customers on a regular basis
处理客户投诉，比如：数量短缺和质量问题等，定期拜访客户
5. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
制作精确、快速的计算成本,并为客户提供报价;
6. Assist sales team to achieve sales target;
协助销售团队完成销售目标;
7. Finish other work arranged by department head
完成部门负责人安排的其他工作。


Qualification:


1. College graduate or equivalent or above
大专及同等以上学历
2. Character cheerful energetic,have the team spirit.
性格开朗有冲劲，具团队合作精神。
3. To think positive, have the desire to do better, pleasant personality
能够积极思考，具有上进心，性格开朗
4. Sensitive to digital, have a strong ability of digital analysis
对数字敏感，有较强的数字分析能力
5. Good communication skills, able to work under pressure
具有良好的沟通能力，能够承受工作压力
6. The university English four levels above, good command of English in listening, reading and writing ability
大学英语四级以上水平，良好的英语听、读、写能力
7. Familiar with office software
熟练操作办公软件
