Duties & Responsibilities:Be responsible to draft and propose the marketing strategy of the Company and submit the annual sales budget;拟定公司营销策略，提交年度销售预算；Be responsible to implement the marketing program, market research projects and marketing plan of the Company and achieve the sales target;实施公司营销计划、市场调研计划、市场推广计划；To build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents and buying offices of key customers;并维护和重要目标客户的工厂、供货商、代理和采购中心的良好关系；To explore new customers from the open market as well as promote the growth of the business and market share;新客户并推动销售额和市场份额的增长；Complete the weekly and monthly sales data analysis reports.完成每周和每月的销售数据报告。


Qualifications & Skills:College diploma or above, 2+ years of sales and marketing managerial experience;大专及以上学历，具有2年以上市场销售管理经验者；Strong competence of communication, coordination and commercial negotiation;很强的沟通、协调和商务谈判能力；Strong logical thinking capability, data analytical skills and learning ability;很强的逻辑思维、数据分析和学习能力；Good English in speaking and writing.

良好的英语口语和写作能力,CET-4及以上优先
