Duty and Responsibility:
1. Order execution in ERP system
在ERP系统中进行订单操作及追踪
2. Offer quotation and reply to other requests from the customers
提供报价及其他信息
3. Provide samples to the customers as requested
根据客户要求安排寄样
4. Coordinate with relative departments such as Production, QC, Logistics and Finance in related to the customer orders and ensure the orders are operated smoothly and well completed
负责与各相关部门协调,包括生产部、质检部、物流部和财务部,以保证订单顺利完成
5. Maintain good relationship with customers and assist Sales Manager to develop new customers
维护与客户的良好关系并且协助销售经理开发新客户
6. Assist Sales Manager to control inventory, including check on inventory status and coordinate with DC
协助销售经理控制仓存,包括库存量的查询以及和仓库进行协调
7. Remind customers to settle the payment on time and coordinate with Finance department to ensure the invoices are issued on time
提醒客户及时付款并且与财务部进行沟通以及时开票
8. Deal with customer complaints such as products shortage, quality issue ect.
处理客户投诉,比如:数量短缺和质量问题等
Qualification:
- College diploma or above
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Good skills in MS Office
- Experience of customer service or program coordination is preferred
